tracy boyd hutchison films

Hi Jerome,

I am set to have a meeting with John on Monday.  At that time, we will have discussed all.  I will send you a contract and collect the footage you would need for your perusal.  What are you looking for as far as time goes for the footage and in what format?  The remainder of the contract should come to you next week.

Thank you so much for your interest in John and we will talk very soon.

Hi Tracey,

We received your email and I'll give you a run down on what our project is about in order for you to have more detailed information.

First we are planning to shoot an independently produced, 60 minute talk show(actuall running time between 48 min for commercial version and 58 minutes possible PBS version) that will act as the pilot episode for a projected outer edge type science show. The projected series will deal with different topics that fit into the realm of unusual, mysterious and incredible scientific areas of research and development. The projected series will cover topics that range from experiments in Anti Gravity, possible hidden artifacts on Mars to possible hidden medical cures to UFO and paranormal research. But for the pilot we wanted to have a guest who is involved in very advanced, scientific research and development that is beyond what most people believe is capable. Although my associate wanted to start off with a UFO focused TV pilot, my vote was to attempt to get Dr. Hutchinson to talk about the Hutchinson Effect for the pilot episode.

The pilot will be shot on HD video and at this point will make use of a green screen studio that will insert a sci fi type virtual studio setting. The show will consist of the host and the guest who will talk about the area of his particular expertise and any B roll footage he or she may have to show his research-experiments and talk about the footage with the host. If we are able to get Dr. Hutchinson, I would like to have clips of his anti gravity experiments from the Hutchinson Effects video I have viewed on the internet.

I have potential sponsors lined up that can fund the pilot. In exchange for this I have to insert commercial spots of their particular businesses and air the broadcast in my local area. Once that is done, I will then turn the pilot over to a TV sales agent in NYC to be submitted to various appropriate cable TV channels who may have an interest in a projected initial 13 episode series.  I tell you all this so that you will understand that this is a complete independent produced TV project. I will also later upload the pilot/first episode onto the internet as well as have the project pitched to foreign TV channels.

We will shoot some addtional minutes for a PBS version that will also be submitted to PBS for consideration as well and to various larger sponsors for a full blown series of 13-26 episodes for the first year. I plan to cover both cable TV and PBS to find a possible home for the series. The tentative title of the show is to be-"Hidden Agenda" which is kind of a nod to the government's often time suppression of advanced technology and also things that many believe are on the outer fringe of scientific research.

I believe I can sell the sponsors on contributing additional funds so that I will be able to meet Dr. Hutchinson's various fee and expense requirements. We have a list of 3 people to consider for the first-pilot episode but my choice was Dr. Hutchinson over the other two because I think he would make the most interesting guest for the first pilot episode.

Please understand that there are other factors that have to be put together before the actual shooting. The host we had considered didn't work out over the so called "creative differences" so we are now communicating with three other candidates. Also I am dealing with three different possible green screen studios. One is in New York City and the other two are in Philadelphia, Pa. I am from NE Pennsylvania. I have to see which one is more in line with what we can use and also more cost effective.  I'm also looking at two different systems for the virtual studio set and have to make a decision on that as well.  This project to be both comfortable and user friendly to all the guest the same way the Coast To Coast radio program is to it's various guests. It will not be the type of show to ridicule the various guest or an argumentative type show. My purpose is to put to the viewing public, aspects of what some might call extra ordinary scientific research and development that either is not being supported by the government or is being denied serious consideration because of either detractors or possible government suppression.

I will not be ready to shoot until possibly the first week or mid March. I contacted Dr. Hutchinson early so as to find out in advance if something like this would interest him and I could take this to my next sponsor meeting to present to them.

The show, as stated would be done on a green screen set and a virtual, 3D, sci fi type studio set will be added in post. It would just be the host interviewing Dr. Hutchinson about his work, background, Hutchinson effect, anti gravity, etc. and viewing video clips with commentary from Dr. Hutchinson regarding the H. effect. The actual shoot would take 1-2 hours, depending on if we tape straight through or take breaks if Dr. Hutchinson would require that. It's unrehearsed so basically it's much like a combination of Coast To Coast and PBS's "The Charlie Rose Show". It is to be a serious conversation about the topics discussed.

I would be happy to look over your normal contract, agree to his other monetary requirements. Please let me know what kind of per diem Dr. Hutchinson expects and also is he open to traveling business class or does he require first class airfare only. I have to present a finalized budget to the sponsors and need to know amounts required. Accommadations, airfare I can obtain that myself once I know his particular requirements regarding airfare seating classification.  Also amount of travel insurance required would help me set production budget.

Once I have these, I can move quickly forward on this project and hope that it is picked up for a full series on cable or PBS as well as in foreign territories.  I probably only want to focus on the Hutchinson effect and anti gravity because if it becomes a series, I would like to invite Dr. Hutchinson back on anothe show to talk about his othe experiments such as the recreation of the Philadelphia Experimentand his research into other forms of free energy, wormholes, etc.

If you would care to either send me your contract in advance you can either send it as a download(possibly on adobe reader) or you can send to this address:
